ECO Furniture offers products and services to customers when they buy from our official website: www.eco-furniture.ae, with an agreement to the following terms and conditions.
All products sold are brand new and have never been used. They are all purely Hand-made items, and some are imported items.
ECO Furniture retains ownership of all ordered products until full payment is received. ECO Furniture works carefully with our vendors and clients to ensure that all product colors, dimensions, and images are 100% accurate (+or-5%); nevertheless, tiny variances may occur due to screen resolution and other variables. Any questions or concerns about color or size must be addressed prior to placing your order. ECO Furniture shall not be liable for slight variations from what was advertised. We do our best to show each product’s true color online, but shades may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. If you’re particular about color, we suggest contact our salesperson or checking a physical sample before placing your order — we want you to love what you choose!
At ECO Furniture, all products fall under two main categories — Standard and Customized — each with its own delivery and production terms. We strive to ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience for every customer.
Standard products are items listed on our website exactly as displayed, including their specified sizes, designs, and features. These products are available for direct purchase without any modifications or custom changes.
Delivery Time: Delivery normally takes up to 7 to 10 working days within the UAE.
Extended Delivery: Certain products requiring special handling or installation may take up to 10 to 15 working days.
Inventory Updates: In some cases, specific colors may be temporarily unavailable or adjusted due to warehouse changes.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, the expected delivery time will be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or phone call.
We make every effort to ensure fast and reliable delivery. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as inventory updates or delivery delays.
Product Definition – Customized Products
Customized products are made to order. These items are produced according to the customer’s specific requirements in terms of size, color, material, and design.
Type 1: Customization of Listed Products
This category includes modifications to products already available on our website, such as adjustments in size, color, fabric type, material (MDF, solid wood, veneer, etc.), or leg design. While the base design remains the same, certain details are customized as per the customer’s request.
Type 2: Customization of Non-Listed Products
This category applies to completely new designs or items not featured on our website. Such orders are developed from scratch based on the customer’s specifications, concept drawings, or reference images. Production timelines for these items may vary depending on design complexity and material availability.
Production & Delivery Time: Processing, production, and delivery take up to 15 working days.
Material Availability: In rare cases, timelines may extend due to material unavailability or supply chain issues.
Quality Commitment: We collaborate only with trusted suppliers and experienced craftsmen to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
Non-Returnable: As customized products are created specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has started.
Customer feedback continuously helps us improve our products — ensuring every custom-made piece meets your expectations in both quality and design.
ECO Furniture delivers all orders via following delivery method:
Self-Delivery: Experienced delivery professionals from ECO Furniture will work with you to arrange the delivery. The crew will bring your furniture inside your house at the appointed delivery time, unpack it, put it together in your room, and take out all extra packing. All consumers of ECO furniture have been provided with this exceptional degree of service.
NOTE: Please check the elevator size while placing the order for an item.
Where prior approval/move-in permit for delivery is required from any government/private authority, the customer must take approval prior 24 hours before (Working day only) and share the documents with the respective Sale executive or email on sales@eco-furniture.ae. We trust you will understand and appreciate these conditions for smooth delivery process.
We worked on pre-paid model. All deliveries must be paid before delivery.
Finally, the delivery date will be shared based on an aggregate of product manufacturing.
ECO Furniture is unable to provide precise delivery timeframes due to the volume of delivery, and unforeseen delays (traffic, weather, intricate installations taking longer than expected, etc.). On the morning of the specified delivery date, our team will give you a call. ECO Furniture will decide if it is safe for our drivers to deliver during bad weather. We’ll get in touch with customers to reschedule. There will be an additional fee for a re-delivery if you are not home or if a call cannot be answered in advance, preventing delivery.
The expected delivery date and the actual delivery date can differ. The consumer will only be able to cancel the order with the express permission of ECO Furniture.
Please be aware that the delivery crew is only supposed to follow instructions. Threatening or misbehaving as a team will not be tolerated during delivery and installation. Any unprofessional behavior on the part of a client may be subject to legal action by a specific employee or business.
Do not deny the delivery on the grounds that it arrived late, that it was damaged somewhat, or that it was defective. If an item has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transit, ECO Furniture will replace or repair it at our discretion. The business retains the right to charge storage fees based on product dimensions if the consumer declines delivery for any reason. Please be aware that management may decide to relax storage fees.
ECO Furniture customers need to understand the following:
Specific areas that are inaccessible with our standard home delivery vehicle or locations requiring alternative delivery methods (for example, if we need to deliver to an island that may only be accessed through boat or other means source) will require extra fees. However, in those instances, you will review the fees before delivery.
If we cannot contact you to set up delivery for 15 calendar days or have no record of the customer contacting us or the delivery agent, ECO Furniture reserves the right to treat the order as a return and refund you according to our return policy.
For apartment buildings, condos, or homes with elevators, measuring the interior elevator height, elevator opening, and opposite wall distance is essential to ensure the furniture will fit. If your building has a freight elevator, please reserve it in advance.
Although we want you to be happy with your purchase, we recognize that returns are occasionally necessary. Don’t worry, we’re here to assist you!
We won’t surprise you with additional fees or prices because we are honest about our goods and services. Our returns policy has some restrictions, but they are reasonable.
All of the products on ECO Furniture LLC are manufactured to order for the customer, so they can only be replaced or repaired in the event of a manufacturing defect. This is at the discretion of ECO Furniture LLC. Items that have been drilled, stained, damaged, or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
All things must be opened and inspected by the buyer within 24 hours of receiving their purchase, keeping the original packaging. In the event that this does not occur, ECO FURNITURE will not be responsible for any error or damage, and the order will not be returnable.
Only orders placed online or through a sales representative may be canceled within 24 hours of the purchase being placed.
Every sale is final and cannot be refunded. Order cancellation may be permitted at ECO Furniture’s sole discretion. It takes us 30 days to process the reimbursement. The refund amount will only be sent to the specified UAE bank account by direct bank transfer or check after deducting any incurred expenses, such as transaction fees.
Made-to-order product cannot be returned or exchanged.
